• In original condition and packaging
• Free of stains, scents, or signs of wear

Note: Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless defective or damaged.

• Sale or clearance items
• Items returned after the 30-day window will not be accepted and will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.

Damaged or Wrong Item?

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect:

• Include your order number and a clear photo of the item.
• We’ll resolve the issue quickly with a replacement or refund.
