- Personalized/customized items require additional processing time
International Shipping:
- 10–30 business days depending on location
- Rates calculated at checkout
Expedited and Overnight Shipping not available
Note: Shipping times may vary during holidays or high-volume periods or based on the product category also orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your package anytime via the link provided.
Delivery Issues
Please note that once an order has been shipped and handed over to the carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
- We are not liable for delivery delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or incorrect/incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details entered at checkout are correct.
- If a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but cannot be located, we recommend checking with neighbors, household members, or contacting the carrier directly for assistance.
- In cases of lost or stolen packages, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
- We will, of course, assist you with tracking information and carrier details so you can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
